Commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of the Central Bank of Tunisia and the institution of the dinar : half a century of monetary and financial sovereignty

The Executive Board, held on 30 December 2008, decided to decrease the rate of reserve requirements starting January 2009, so as to provide the banking system with additional liquidity amounting to 250 TMD, which will contribute to wider opportunities for its intervention as regards financing of the economy in general and businesses in particular.
