FOLLOW UP MECHANISM OF COMPUTER NETWORK GOOD OPERATING IN LOAN INSTITUTIONS

   To ensure the follow up and the control of bank computer system good operating, any loan institution has to :

• Keep a follow up record of breakdowns in accordance with the pattern subject of appendix I,
• Inform the Central Bank of Tunisia on the next day of any breakdown that has not been fixed on the very day, in accordance with the pattern subject of appendix II,
• Inform immediately the Central Bank of Tunisia of any repair of declared breakdown in accordance with the pattern subject of appendix III.

   Credit institutions inform the Central Bank of Tunisia by sending the required information through E-mail in the form of text format file to the following address : cmsi@bct.gov.tn .
